His Kingdom Reigns

Jesus says, "I am the way and the truth and the life"

  • Meet Jesus Christ

God loved his creation (you and me) so much that he wanted to save us from the torubles(sin) of the world. So God came down to earth in the form of a human, Jesus Christ, through a virgin woman.

God lived on the earth just like one of us, but he did not commit sins(lies, murder, lust, adultery, pride, selfishness, jealousy...) like us. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins so that our sins are forgiven, and our guilt removed.

Jesus rose again from the dead after 3 days. Now He is in heaven answering our prayers. He will come back to earth again to judge the peope.

Friends, if we believe in the Lord God Jesus Christ, we are saved from the Judgement Day when He comes back. And those who believed on Jesus only will go with Him to Heaven and live for ever. AMEN

  • Today’s verse from Bible

If God Jesus is for you, then who can be against you?

    Romans 8:31

Christ’s love is greater than anyone can ever know, but I pray that you will be able to know that love. Then you can be filled with the fullness of God. With God’s power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine.

    Ephesians 3:19-20

The Holy Bible

Posted by Hubert Godfrey on May 21, 2009

The Holy Bible is the word of God. The author of the Bible is God himself. However God himself did not write the bible on paper. Instead God gave the words to the people he chose and they put the words in writing.

The Bible has portions written by 40 people and it took 1600 years to write it. The older portions of the bible was written in 1500 BC. Though the bible was written in a span of 1600 years the whole bible speaks on one theme: God’s Love and his promises for people who trust in him.

Parts of the Bible were written in Greek, Hebrew and Aramic. Latter there were translations from the original manuscripts to the modern languages. Some of the widely used translations in English are: New International Version(NIV), New King James Version(NKJV) , King James Version(KJV), New Century Version(NCV). Though these translations are named “Versions” , they are just “Translations”,  the content of the Bible is the same whatever the language it is written in.

The Bible is God’s word. It was once written and was never re-written since then and will never be re-written. His words never change.

Your word, O LORD, is eternal;
it stands firm in the heavens.
-Psalms 119:

If you want to know about God, and to know his promises and blessings  for you, read the Bible. God will speak to you.

May God bless you.
